What is sublimation?
Sublimation printing is a digital printing process that uses heat and pressure to transfer dye onto materials like fabric.
It works by turning solid dye into a gaseous state (sublimation) and then bonding it with the material at a molecular level.
This creates a permanent high-quality and vibrant print that won't crack, fade, or peel.
The process of sublimation means that the whole design including club badge and sponsors logos is printed into the fabric which is then cut out and stitched together.
Unlike DTF (direct to film printing) or embroidery it means there is no additional cost for extra sponsors logos so can often make it easier to fund your kit through multiple sponsors.
